We are located in the historical village of Cortez, Florida's last working fishing village. Established in the late 1800s Cortez Village is nestled right on the waterfront at the end of 119th Street West. There is a large patio with a Tiki Bar that overlooks the beautiful Sarasota Sound, the skyline of Sarasota and Anna Maria Island. The viewing of spectacular sunsets is routine. Also, a vista of a bird rookery, with white pelicans in spring and fall, resident brown pelicans year round, and great blue herons on the roof tops!
